Name the photos with your name, such as “Frida_1.jpg.” If you label a photo with “[name]_print”, the instructor will print it out. If none is labeled like this, he simply takes the one that is best suited for the meeting.

jpeg is a good final format. So, when it comes to printing or showing photos, jpeg is the first choice. If, on the other hand, the photo is still to be edited (possibly in Module II: Editing), then a RAW format is more suitable. A resolution of 2000×3000 is actually sufficient for printing, but you can just as well submit the full resolution.
