Label the photos with your name, for example “Frida_1.jpg”. If you label a photo with “[name]_print”, the instructor will print it out. If none is labeled like this, he will simply take the one that is best suited for the meeting.
jpeg is a good final format. So when it comes to printing or showing photos, jpeg is the first choice. However, if the photo is to be edited (possibly in Module II: Editing), then a RAW format is more suitable. A resolution of 2000×3000 is actually sufficient for printing, but you can just as well submit the full resolution.
